New Patient Info
Appointments:
We do our best trying to accommodate your individual needs and provide you with
timely and efficient services. We work very hard to stay on schedule so as to minimize
your waiting time in our office. A scheduled appointment is a commitment of time
between the doctor and the patient. We reserve that time just for you. When appointment
is missed or canceled, that time is lost. We make every effort to honor all time
commitments, and we expect you to extend the same courtesy to us. Please, make every
effort to keep that commitment. If you can not keep your scheduled appointment,
a minimum 24 hours advanced cancellation notice will allow us to another patient
in need of treatment.
Emergencies:
In case of emergency we'll do our best to see you immediately. If the problem arises
when the office closed, an appropriate answering system will forward your message
to the doctor who will be in touch with you promptly.
Insurance:
While we participate with many major dental insurance plans, different insurance
companies vary greatly in the type of coverage available. Patients are responsible
for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. We can not guarantee the insurance
payment as estimated. Therefore, the estimate provided by the insurance is to be
considered a guideline until the final payment is received. If you have any questions
regarding your insurance, please get your information, including an ID card and
the claim form ready and call us or your insurance company. Or bring it with you
on your first visit. We are always happy to assist you in maximizing your dental
insurance benefits.
Payment Options:
We expect you to take care of your financial responsibility on the day of the visit.
Alternative financial arrangements will be honored if they are made in advance.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. The financing
is also available through a financial program with a low interest monthly payment.
